The implementation of a new HR software tool always has a big impact on the organization. It deals with a sensitive subject and moreover most if not all the employees will be using the tool themselves. That means all stakeholders must be taken into consideration and a careful and scheduled implementation has to be followed.
You are not alone. We will guide you through the whole process and through the various stages, from the initial analysis through to completion and commissioning. And of course, after the commissioning you can continue to rely on our services and together with you we will monitor the proper operation of the software. And since your organization does not stand still, we will continue to ensure that our tools fit seamlessly with your processes.
optimizing HR processes
A new tool is always a good opportunity to review existing processes. Based on the experiences with our other customers, we can make suggestions on alternative methods that may be more efficient. At the start of the implementation we organize together with you a series of workshops. During these workshops we will look in detail how the processes are organized and whether they should be organized differently in the future. It is important that we do this before we start the configuration of the tool.
Because of the sensitivity and the impact each implementation is a project that we handle with the necessary care. We use a strict project methodology. The methodology distinguishes different phases and provides for the establishment of a steering committee (and possibly one or more workgroups). The steering committee is composed of employees of both epowerhr and the customer. Together they ensure the proper execution of the contract. This body also has the ability to escalate issues so that they can be treated with priority if necessary.
IT support & services
Our first contacts with the client are usually the people of HR. Often they are not very familiar with specific IT topics. No problem! We will contact the IT department and provide a good bridge between IT and HR. We will discuss technical issues with IT so that HR does not have to worry. The change impact of a new tool should not be underestimated. This too is part of our approach. We will advise you on the various initiatives to be taken in relation to the commissioning of a new tool. Communication and training are crucial here. We always provide for training of the different HR users and suggest that they then provide information sessions to the employees themselves.
Would you like to go one step further and have us take over as much work as possible, then we can also provide you a consultant who carries out a number of tasks on his behalf. This service is not part of our standard service delivery and comes at an extra cost.
